The location was warm and friendly with a local atmosphere, providing easy access to the beautiful Ryde beach and nearby shops and bars. The room was larger than I expected with a wonderful view of the sea and the bowls club. It was very comfortable, clean, and had a good shower. The service was amazing, with the staff being very happy and helpful, even assisting with our day 2 PCR test. The location was beautiful, right on the seafront with lots to do within walking distance. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing with inedible food on both days. The facilities were good overall but lacking in the dining area.

The service was excellent and proactive, yet the location had some cleanliness concerns. The dining experience was mostly fantastic, but with occasional lapses. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
